What support can help with

  • Magic link or Google sign-in does not attach to the expected account.
  • A GSC property is missing, disconnected, or not refreshing for a saved project.
  • A project record, Phase 0 score, Build Plan, milestone, or final review looks wrong or will not save.
  • You need one project, connected Google access, or the whole account deleted.
  • You have an early access, pricing, or manual upgrade question.
  • You hit a bug while moving through Phase 0, Phase 1, Phase 2, or Phase 3.

What to include

Account or sign-in

Send the account email, the sign-in method you used, and whether the issue happens before or after the magic link or Google redirect.

Google connection

Send the selected GSC property, the project name, and the step where the connection or refresh failed.

Project record

Send the project name, project URL if you have it, the phase you were editing, and what changed or failed to save.

Deletion

Say whether you want one project removed, connected Google access removed, the account deleted, or all saved data tied to the account.

Bug report

Send the page URL, the visible error text or request ID, what you clicked, and what you expected to happen next.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, service role keys, private API keys, or full Search Console exports unless support explicitly asks for a limited file.
